Dairy Process Engineering for Non-Process Engineers

Learn the “industry language” and be at the forefront of developments in dairy industry processes to address complex problems in innovative ways and deliver on what matters most.

“Process Engineers work in process or continuous flow manufacturing, and as the desire for improved performance out of plant equipment continues, so is the demand for them ”.

Benefits of Attending

Are you a problem solver and would you like to deepen your understanding of the critical dairy industry processes which will help you to innovate and transform raw materials (such as a formulation or a recipe of ingredients) into a usable final product? If your goal is to be educated on the developments in the dairy industry processes, this course is for you. Process Engineers are involved in every touchpoint of dairy product creation including design, implementation, testing, control, and optimisation of processes and machinery.

This course will introduce you to the principles of operation of dairy processes and the fundamentals of multivariate analysis for big data to deepen your process modelling and optimisation. It is an industry-backed training solution to empower the attendees with new skills and knowledge to think deeply about complex issues and deliver on what matters most.
